What EASI provides

Elder abuse prevention education, community awareness resources, volunteer and training opportunities, coalition coordination through Elder Justice Fresno, and referral information connecting older adults and families to appropriate services. Some services described on this site are in development; pages state their current status honestly.

Not emergency services

This website is not an emergency service and is not monitored as an emergency response channel.

If there is immediate danger, call 911. To report suspected elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation, call Adult Protective Services: Fresno County (559) 255-3383 (24/7) or Madera County (559) 675-7839 (24/7). For concerns in nursing homes or care facilities, call the Long-Term Care Ombudsman at 1-800-231-4024.

Accounts and authorized access

Board members, volunteers, and partners with login access are responsible for their credentials, may access only areas authorized for their role, and must not attempt unauthorized access or misuse.
